4 Core Labs provides custom PC building, AI services (web design, AI integration, debugging, custom development, consulting), GAIA adaptive AI tutoring, robotics components, and programming courses. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms agreed upon at the time of engagement.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. For project-based work, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins. Remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. For subscription services (GAIA Tutoring, Programming Courses), charges recur monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel subscriptions at any time; no partial refunds for unused time.
Custom development, web design, and AI solutions created for you are owned by you upon full payment. 4 Core Labs retains the right to use general techniques and non-proprietary knowledge gained during the engagement. We do not resell custom solutions built specifically for your organization. Course content, tutorials, and educational materials on GAIA remain the intellectual property of 4 Core Labs.
4 Core Labs offers free access to GAIA Tutoring and Programming Courses for verified orphanages, foster care organizations, registered NGOs, nonprofit schools serving underserved communities, and refugee support organizations. Access is granted via an application and verification process. We reserve the right to revoke access if eligibility criteria are no longer met or if fraudulent information was provided. This program is free โ if anyone asks you to pay for an access code, report it to [email protected].
4 Core Labs provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. This does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4 Core Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Contact Forms: When you submit a form on our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message/service details you provide. This is sent to Formspree (our form processor) and forwarded to our email and Telegram notifications.
GAIA Platform: Student accounts collect name, email, learning progress, quiz scores, and interaction data to provide adaptive tutoring. Institution accounts collect administrator contact information and organizational details.
Automatically: We collect basic usage analytics through Cloudflare (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to improve our website. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.
Your information is used to: respond to inquiries and quote requests, deliver services you've purchased, provide and improve the GAIA tutoring experience, process subscription payments, communicate important updates about your account or services, and improve our website and offerings through aggregated analytics. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Formspree: Processes contact form submissions. Data is stored on Formspree's servers per their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Cloudflare: Provides CDN, DNS, and security services. Collects IP addresses and request logs as part of their service at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Telegram: Used for internal notifications of new form submissions. Your message content is sent to our Telegram bot for immediate response.
Stripe: Processes subscription payments securely. We do not store credit card numbers; all payment data is handled by Stripe at stripe.com/privacy.
GAIA Tutoring serves K-12 students. For students under 13, account creation must be initiated by a parent, guardian, or school administrator. We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide educational services: name, grade level, and learning progress. We do not collect personal information from children under 13 for marketing purposes. We do not display personal information publicly. Parents and school administrators may request access to or deletion of a student's data at any time by contacting [email protected].
For institutional GAIA deployments, 4 Core Labs acts as a "school official" under FERPA. We do not disclose student education records to any third party without written consent from the institution or parent/guardian, except as permitted by FERPA. All student data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Contact form data is retained for 12 months. GAIA student data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 1 year, unless the institution or parent requests earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

GAIA uses a proprietary adaptive AI learning engine. By using GAIA, you acknowledge that:
GAIA is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month or partial-year refunds for early cancellation, except as described in the Refund Policy (Section 12).
Eligible organizations (orphanages, registered NGOs, nonprofit schools, foster care organizations, refugee support organizations) may receive free access to GAIA under our Free Access Program. Free access is subject to verification and may be revoked if eligibility criteria are no longer met. Free access accounts are subject to the same EULA terms.
We may terminate or suspend your GAIA access at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of this EULA or the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 11). Upon termination, your right to use GAIA ceases immediately. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from account termination.
